In this post, Will Richardson quotes some statistical mumbo jumbo about Internet safety trends taken from an Internet.com article by Roy Mark. Missing here is the opportunity to present people with the actual findings of the study. Roy Mark even goes so far to link to another article he wrote on DOPA, but not the primary source.

Rather than taking the word of an author from a website who may, or may not, have an agenda, let's look at the actual report and make your own conclusion rather than reading:

1. The snippet of a quote
2. The take of another person on the issue.

That's two layers of analysis that doesn't let you THINK about the issue or study the study itself. Just sitting back and taking someone's word for it without reading the actual report and then commenting is just being another uninformed sheeple in the flock of society. Read the report, get informed, then comment and dialogue. Makes the Blogosphere a rich environment rather than a playground for Ditto-head-wannabees.
